Marriage Ceremony Application Procedure
Eligibility
Both the bride and groom must be registered members of Antioch Church.
One of them must have been a registered (infant) baptized member for at least 1 year.
Application Process
Fill out the application form available at the church office and submit it to the office.
Applications can only be made by the individual or immediate family members; applications made by others are not valid.
Once the application is submitted, the wedding service coordinator will inform you of the possibility of holding the wedding ceremony via phone.
Important Notes
Submitting the application form does not confirm the wedding service.
If there is no consent from both parents or if there are disqualifying factors for the marriage, the wedding service will be automatically canceled.
